This image of a significant historic value illustrates the severe damage inflicted on the fortress during the battle. The copyright owner of this image is very difficult or impossible to determine. The usage of this image significantly adds to the article while it does not and cannot interfere with anyone's potential profits. It is therefore asserted that the use of the image for the informational purposes in the article hosted in the servers of non-profit WMF for educational purposes qualifies as Fair Use under the US Copyright Law as well the policies of the English Wikipedia.
