Wikipedia:Protected titles/Historical list of titles/Specific Admin

Wikipedia welcomes new articles. Sometimes, an admin chooses to maintain a list of protected titles for pages that the community consensus has determined do not belong in Wikipedia. If you wish to create a page at one of the titles protected by inclusion on the pages listed here, you are invited to ask the admin that maintains the list, another admin if the first is inactive, or make a request at deletion review.

Instructions: If you find a page that an admin has created in their userspace and isn't listed here, list it in alphabetical order. If the admin hasn't explained the purpose already (possibly on the page itself), ask the admin maintaining the list to explain the purpose of each list (unless of course the list is obviously being maintained for privacy or decency reasons). If the protected titles themselves contain sensitive information, please do not list them here.
