Benjamin Stone is the only article using that title, and the most likely avenue to the Benjamin Stone (disambiguation) page is through that article, so, per MOS:DAB, that link goes in the introductory line and not in the list. If those other two Benjamin Stones (and/or any real ones that might emerge) get Wikipedia articles, then it will be the time to add a parenthetic clarifier to the L&O Ben Stone, and the format & sequence of the dab page would be adjusted accordingly.
