Some formatting fixes[edit]

The footnote for the length in the infobox was in the wrong parameter.
We typically use parentheses for the abbreviations.
There's no reason to relink the business route in the notes. Additionally, the notes should match the display of {{jct}}, but that could involve changing how business routes in Texas are abbreviated by that template.
"Rd" should be spelled out as "Road" per MOS:RJL.
