Shouldn't this be 802.11 Why???

The section that mentions IMT-Advanced looks out of place 802.11y or any other version of 802.11 has not been proposed for or considered as a candidate standard to be used for IMT-Advanced. 802.16m and LTE-Advanced are being proposed for IMT-Advanced to the ITU.
