Egyptian stearmer passenger ferry 10th of Ramadan, Aswan-Wadi Halfa route, carrying 642 people onboard, caught fire, following to capsized in Nile River, Abu Simbel, Egypt, at least 325 people are rescued, but 317 people are victims. [citation needed]

Filipino ferry boat Dona Cassandra, carrying 383 people onboard, capsized by Typhoon Orchild, off Nasipit, Philippines, at least 180 people rescued, but at least 203 people are victims. [citation needed]

Greek ship hit by Exocet?[edit]

The article lists a Greek ship hit by "Iranian Exocet" missile, but Iran didn't own Exocet back then, Iraq had. --Z 08:40, 24 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Good catch. Also wrong war. I'm amended it to remove Iranian and Exocet. Looks like the original source got it wrong Lyndaship (talk) 09:19, 24 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
