Contradiction?[edit]

The article says that the ship was involved in an incident on a transatlantic crossing in 2004. It also says that, in summer 2011, the ship is due to make Holland America's "first standalone transatlantic crossing since 1971." What is a "standalone transatlantic crossing" and why doesn't the 2004 crossing invalidate this statement? Dricherby (talk) 07:26, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'd assume the 2004 one was a cruise which happened to cross the Atlantic, a world cruise or something where the transatlantic bit was only a part of the whole thing, while 2011 transatlantic ones are cruises which go point to point from Europe to the US and vice versa, without anything else, hence the "standalone" wording.
