Vandalism[edit]

Simply put: Stop the vandalism or you will be warned then blocked. Thanks!65.215.94.13 (talk) 22:20, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Admin duties and this page[edit]

As user 65.215.94.13 is not an admin you can ignore him.Slatersteven (talk) 20:40, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Why ignore when he can be blocked? Thanks.69.204.225.103 (talk) 21:06, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I was not saying ignore him. I was saying you do not have the right to block him.Slatersteven (talk) 13:32, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, actually, I do.69.204.225.103 (talk) 06:42, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Also, Wikipedia doesn't give 'rights', as you say. Consider 'privileges.'
You are not an admin as such you do not have a right to ban him, only report him.Slatersteven (talk) 13:06, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for finally doing this the right way, Slater. Please use the standard Wiki format going forward (ie- keeping information within the topic at hand and starting a new topic for irrelavent items.65.215.94.13 (talk) 22:39, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WMF mascot[edit]

Alright, I don't want my head bitten off by a vicious tiger plushy, but seriously, references to WMF's non-notable mascot do not belong in article space. It's exceedingly unlikely to be what the reader's looking for when they search for Rory, and per MOS:DAB, "never include external links, either as entries or in descriptions. Disambiguation pages disambiguate Wikipedia articles, not the World-Wide Web." (Interwiki links are external to Wikipedia.) wctaiwan (talk) 15:04, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Personally I think it was a nice in-joke, but yes, you technically are correct. Legoktm (talk) 16:05, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You are right, but humourless! ;) Besides, I think it would actually be useful for wikipedians not familiar with the mascot, it took me a bit of effort to figure out why there was a tiger in one of the site banners. I assume mostly wikipedians read this page anyway so I it wouldn't hurt to much if Rory got his own vanity link on a disambiguation page. But I yield to your authority. :) Space simian (talk) 23:13, 2 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I do realise I'm ruining a bit of mostly harmless fun. Hopefully Wikipedians will manage to Google (fifth result for me) and find the quite nicely written bio. wctaiwan (talk) 00:02, 3 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Rory. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
