Change to redirect[edit]

I've changed this from a hndis to a redirect. This is because there is already a dab at Suzuki Shin'ichi which lists these two. The duplication may have been useful if the two could be lost within a large disambiguation page, but the dab contains only three entries, including these two. If we created disambiguation pages for every name plus occupation, the list would be huge. Hndis pages are only really to distinguish between those of the same personal name. Additionallu, per MOS:DAB, disambiguation pages with only 2 entries are not recommended. Boleyn2 (talk) 18:53, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it's not "Suzuki Shin'ichi" but -- in line with MOS-JA's stupid demand for the inversion of the names of all Japanese people who had the misfortune to be born after 1867 -- "Shin'ichi Suzuki". I think that disambiguation pages with only two entries are often (as at Sakae Tamura) an excellent idea, and my long (if never close) acquaintance with MOS means that I'm not at all surprised to learn that it disagrees with me. -- Hoary (talk) 23:34, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
