I downloaded and adapted material I'd previously written and with it started a new section, "Litigation," dealing with matters specific to the requested voter purging that have had nationwide exposure and significance. I am the sole author of that material. I also moved the second paragraph of the "History" section to "Litigation," and moved material to the new section.
