CME 13 is a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Dayton. While clearly not a psychology major, CME 13 fell in love with the subject after taking an introductory course freshman year. Now in a History of Psychology class, CME 13 is mainly a Wikipedia member in order to help out with the APSWI. She is especially interested in the social and behavioral aspects of psychology.


The article I've chosen to work on is Positive Affectivity.

Outline of Needed Improvements • Topics to improve upon:

o Fuller definition of positive affectivity, possibly with more examples
o Influences on PA (living conditions, social factors, etc)
o Influences by PA (on success, emotions, outlook on life, etc)

• Topics to add:

o History/evolution of the study of positive affectivity
o Compare/contrast positive and negative affectivities
o Appropriate links to other articles and outside sources, if possible

• Structural elements to improve:

o Write article in a more encyclopedic style
o Link references to in-text citations
o After adding/expanding article, add appropriate section divisions and titles
