We decided to choose this topic because there isn't a lot of information in Wikipedia related to the application of MOFs in order to capture and store carbon dioxide. Also, we felt like there's a lot of room to improvement in articles related to this topic, especially in the Zeolitic imidazolate framework (a class of MOFs) one, which is a very short article. Furthermore, we have a lot of researchers doing work related to this field in Berkeley, so there are a lot of good sources. We want to make the knowledge about this topic more available to Wikipedia readers in a way that everyone could understand.
