Unplugged Weekend is a digital detox retreat.[1] There is a focus on connection in the real world where phones are banned and replaced with a variety of workshops and activities promoting relaxation, creativity and fun.[2]

The objective of the weekend is to help guests connect with the people around them, appreciate their surroundings and get to know themselves better.

Activities[edit]

A typical Unplugged Weekend retreat includes yoga, meditation, creative workshops, laughter therapy and relaxation techniques. There are also social activities such as communal meals and live music in the evening.
