Welcome to Wikipedia[edit]

Just wanted to say welcome to Wikipedia. I've seen a lot of your edits recently and your photos are really good. I've been trying to improve the photo quality on Automotive Wikipedia for a while now, both by importing photos from Flickr and uploading my own pictures, and its always nice to have more people contributing their photos to the project, especially when they're so high quality. Hello,
Thank you for noticing my contributions to Wikipedia. I have been in this field for a long time, I have alot of images that I wanted to share. I will have more in the future ! Just as you, I wish to add reference quality images as content. It's down season for car photography for the moment but I generally try gather high quality images of factory cars, rare models, and the likes so I can share them with anybody interested during the summer months as I can. I don't travel much so most of what I get is local but when given the chance I can get good quality shots of cars, and buildings and such.
Lets keep in touch,

Just a note though since I noticed some of your edits getting reverted, when it comes to images on Wikipedia, less is more. The point is to get across the most important and relevant information with as few photos as possible (see Wikipedia:NOTAGALLERY). You want to make sure that you're not overcrowding the text with images and that you aren't adding redundant or excessive photos. There's no universal rule for what images should be included, so if you're not sure how many is too many, or what should be included, try looking at a few other articles and seeing how many they have. Totally understandable. Rendundant content is not productive. If I see something missing, such as a specified change to a model or variation, I will try to include it. If it is a repeat of something already there, then not.

Images[edit]

Please take a moment to read MOS:IMAGES. It is important you not cram too many images into an article, as this isn't a photo gallery. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:19, 18 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
