Happy editing! Pbritti (talk) 15:22, 26 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Pbritti!
I am really grateful to you for welcoming me into the community. I've always loved traversing the various domains of Wikipedia and I feel immensely glad contributing myself now. I did find myself sort of alone and in an awkward state and your message certainly means a lot in helping dispel that anxiety.
I am sorry if my edits in "Earl Grey tea" may have seemed antagonistic and stubborn. It was genuinely in good faith in my intention to improve those specific parts which had felt non-sequitur, seemingly awkward and to help with the flow of the article. Nonetheless, I would like to apologize for the mistakes I made as a newbie. I realize some issues are better brought up on the Talk and I will be mindful to do so for edits of non-trivial nature.
I realize that I have a lot to learn in being familiar with the rules and regulations here. I'm hopeful I'll continue learning and editing the various articles constructively while remaining cordial, humble and optimistic. Thank you very much again!

Hey Nishjung. Many thanks for the Tornado etymology edit, which I had requested in the article's talk page back in January. A final, minor edit (which I cannot perform myself as an unregistered user) is in order, though: the first occurrence of the word “Latin” should be de-linked and replaced with “Spanish” (which the word tronar is, as opposed to a Latin one, which it's not), and the link to Latin migrated to the subsequent appearance of the word, right before 'tonare'. Thanks in advance, and once more! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.249.126.241 (talk) 23:33, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Ah! Thank you for notifying me about the errors. I've made the changes as you'd suggested. Cheers! ^^ Nishjung (talk) 06:40, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
