Me neither. But this has been thrashed out ad nauseam in the past and it's now a well-established consensus. After all, the page isn't called Human deaths in 2013, just Deaths in 2013, and nobody has ever suggested that non-human life forms are immortal - apart from amoebas, but I've yet to hear of a particular amoeba that's been given so much as a name, let alone achieved individual notability. (Wait, I guess that if an amoeba were given a name, that in itself would make it notable).

The only point of discrimination is that humans may appear as redlinks for up to a month, pending someone writing their articles, but horses, dogs, trees, birds, tortoises etc must first have their own article, and for that, notability has to be established just like any other WP topic. Editing Lurene Tuttle's site

Yintan, A major reason for adding to a persons Bibliography is to include ALL their work.

This addition tried to (and failed ) include a record of a important piece of work of ( The Happy Prince ) on a major adaptation of an important Author ( Oscar Wilde) with legendary actors ( Orson Wells and Bing Crosby ).

This is the first time I have tried to include anything on wiki and I was trying to be positive and helpful, and informative.

If you think it is worth deleting, we can leave it to history.

Editing Steve Hackett wiki

Right lets see now, you have removed the links to interviews conducted with Steve Hackett by www.theeviljam.co.uk for no real reason but you left the links placed in there by Dave Negrin (World Of Genesis) an American website.... yet The Evil Jam interviews were conducted in person by myself and reveal plenty of detail about Steve Hackett.

You cannot not allow one person to post there links/website and disallow another from doing the same because that is favouritism!

Here's a few things involved my (attempted) edit that you reverted:

1. How was my edit not constructive to you? 2. Wouldn't it be more practical to type the dates as they are displayed rather than type some code you don't really need to use, anyway? Besides, you won't have to learn any such codes, which makes it even more practical. 3. I'm pretty sure you can display both Max Martin, Shellback and June 13, 2011 just fine. I don't belive you need flatlists for such things. 4. I changed it because the flatlists, like all of the other flatlists I've come across, were pretty much useless, impractical, looked ugly and took unnessecary space in the box. 5. The (attempted) edit was removing the flatlists in the box. The removal of the box was an accident, sorry.

A resident once told me 'all the streets are named after birds or whats in the street'. So I looked on google earth and from what I could see this was true for all but one or two streets in the town.

Hi Muttley. That's called 'original research', see WP:OR, and that's to be avoided. Facts on WP have to be sourced. If you find a source that confirms this (see WP:RS), it can of course be added. RE: Removal of edit on page regarding "Sniper Standoff"

I understand the importance of maintaining neutrality in an article. However, I also believe in the right for viewers to know what to expect when they want to start watching a drama. As the aforementioned page is clearly intended as an informative page for potential viewers to garner information to assist them in their decision of whether or not to dedicate their time to watching this drama, I believe they have the right to know that the lack of detail in the drama. I apologize if my edit comes off as offensive, but the fact that the production team of this drama did not put any effort into researching the strategies of snipers, when the very name of the drama is Sniper Standoff, is more than evident. Removal of my 'edit'

In fact I have never edited a single page in Wikipedia. Just letting you know that may have been some mistake. Although its also probable that someone else used my IP address to make that edit. Hi. No mistake. You've got a dynamic IP address, registered to OTE, so it's unavoidable that you'll get messages that are meant for people who had that IP address at some point in time. I hope you are keeping well? All well here and I am reaching completion of my updates to the WP article on Andy Irvine, although there's still a little more work to do.

If possible, I would now greatly value your advice on my first article, please Yintan. Thank you in advance for any guidance you might have the time to offer.

I would like to create a WP article about Sam Henry's Songs of the People, i.e. the book itself, as it is now quite difficult to procure. The overall structure of the article's sections would be mirrored on the book's Table of Contents and each section would include a table where each row provides minimal information for each song in the collection, displayed in the following format:

So, I have now started creating a draft of such a WP article, as a subpage of my user page: Sam Henry's Songs of the People.

I know my limitations. Most of the time, anyway . One thing that does come to mind: MOS:TABLES. It might give the finished article a nicer/cleaner look, especially since there are hundreds of songs to list. Just a thought. Also check out WP:NBOOK before you (maybe) do all that work for nothing. Thanks a lot for the link to the article on 'Tables', as this will definitely help me in designing each section to contain collapsible tables, which will be a lot kinder on the reader's eyes! I also took a look at the 'Notability of books' and you made an excellent point, and it is good of you to allude to the possibility of some future editor(s) deciding that this book does not warrant a WP article at all (after I will have spent a few gazillion man-hours creating it!)

I can see that, outside of the world of traditional/folk music, this book is nothing but an admirable curiosity, at best. In trad/folk circles, though, it is considered a real cultural treasure (you can look at it by following the link I've added in the 'External Links' section at the bottom of the article.) Since there was already an article about Sam Henry himself, I thought it would be useful to guide interested readers from the existing article on the man himself to an affiliated article about the book on his collection of songs (which is the only thing he's famous for, anyway.)

I'll think on your suggestions before embarking on this mammoth task. Or, do you think it would be acceptable to implement collapsible tables, each with 10 entries (for example), and then submit the draft for acceptance as a 'work in progress' within the main encyclopedia? (Or would submitting an incomplete article equate to certain deletion??).

I have now upgraded all 25 tables into collapsible ones and I am *so* pleased you pointed me to this feature, as it adds a tremendous quality of legibility to the draft article, which will make it so much easier to access once all 25 tables have been fully populated with all 690 songs! [You must think me utterly mad to contemplate undertaking such a ridiculously mammoth task!... ;-D...]
