The result was speedy keep. Per WP:SK#1, the nominator withdrew their nomination and there are no outstanding "delete" !votes. (non-admin closure) Mz7 (talk) 21:18, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

This seems to have been created by academic to promote their paper. I couldn't establish that it is a WP:NOTABLE topic. Boleyn (talk) 13:10, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
