Fails WP:GNG. My WP:BEFORE search, which included a check of the the British Newspaper Archive, failed to uncover any significant coverage that would contribute towards notability. There is one paragraph about Graham in the 5th edition of the Benson and Hedges Snooker Yearbook (1988), which basically briefly lists which professional qualifying events he scored points at, and that he defeated Clive Everton in a play-off.
