Pointless list of random animals עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 11:01, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete- Pointless list of random animals indeed. There is no way such a list could ever be complete; it would be ridiculously long. All this thing can ever be is a "List of haphazardly selected animals". Reyk YO! 11:30, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, then create redirect to lists of animals like it used to, as I said on the article's talk page. (Or just redirect, I guess) anemoneprojectors talk 11:33, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, per above.David V Houston (talk) 12:23, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete and redirect to Lists of animals. As stated above, it could never be complete. (Also - and not a reason for deletion - "donkey" is listed twice, once as "ass" and again as "donkey".) DitzyNizzy (aka Jess)|(talk to me)|(What I've done) 12:29, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Note: This debate has been included in the list of Lists-related deletion discussions. -- • Gene93k (talk) 23:18, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Ridiculously broad; would be completely unwieldy and unusably long if done literally. --Cybercobra (talk) 02:03, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Snow delete per WP:LISTCRUFT. While we're at it, why don't we start List of people and List of foods? Erpert (let's talk about it) 06:13, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Note - a user has now moved the page to List of common animals. anemoneprojectors talk 18:58, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Another note - List of animals has now been redirected to Outline of zoology, so it's probably a good idea to redirect List of common animals there too since it contains the same list. Does anyone have anything to say since the page was moved? anemoneprojectors talk 21:11, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- On that note, this should be speedily closed then. Erpert (let's talk about it) 19:15, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete What defines something as a "common" animal. As for just a plain old list of animals, there are so many, it is impossible to list them on a single page. Dew Kane (talk) 04:17, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete this is both pointless, overly broad, and bordering on subjective. What is the column of other lists on the right-hand side? I fail to see the relationship (other than the lists being loosely animal-related). RFerreira (talk) 18:20, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
