The result of the discussion was: keep. Category already repopulated. {{minnow}} for the nom for emptying out of process. The Bushranger One ping only 00:25, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Unnecessary diffusion of Rock music groups from Oregon template which itself doesn't have many entries. LF (talk) 01:48, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom.John Pack Lambert (talk) 17:41, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • keep cat seems to have been created and proposed for deletion by nom; in addition, it was recently removed from all cats (and possibly emptied out of process); I've restored parent cats. In any case, this is clearly part of an existing scheme of Alternative rock by state, so I don't know why poor old Oregon is getting the hammer here (and besides, isn't every rock group out of Oregon alternative?) --KarlB (talk) 19:03, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep and repopulate. This is a necessary diffusion of Category:American alternative rock groups. (The nom's latest revisions have removed the The Dandy Warhols from Category:American alternative rock groups altogether.) Oculi (talk) 00:23, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
