The result of the discussion was: Speedy delete, non-admin closure. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 19:42, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: No need for this template. Non encyclopedic and unnecessarily narrow in scope Kumioko (talk) 23:31, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Rename. Timrollpickering (talk) 10:32, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Per main article country music and clarity. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 23:18, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Procedural close/recommendation This is the only subcat. of Category:Country albums CfD'ed--why? And for that matter, why not that category? I'm altogether indifferent to the naming, but at the very least, nominate them all in one fell swoop or at least from the top down. —Justin (koavf)TCM 04:42, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Response I am a big fan of consistency, so I am inclined to say weak rename per country music. On the other hand, it is mildly silly to call something a "country music album" because if you say "county album" you clearly mean "a music album composed of country music." I'll err on the side of consistency over being silly though. —Justin (koavf)TCM 22:44, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Frivolous comment. Is this a "country song?" Australia (Gyroscope song)? --Richhoncho (talk) 15:05, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. It might be precise to the Nth degree, but no harm in that. --Richhoncho (talk) 21:18, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Keep. Timrollpickering (talk) 10:35, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: She wrote about 4 songs, pointless article. She fails notability guidelines. Aaron You Da One 17:22, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. The nomination mentions "article" yet the nomination is against a category. So I'll respond regarding the article, WP:COMPOSER says, "Has credit for writing or co-writing either lyrics or music for a notable composition." Well with 2 entries in the category I think the criteria is met. In respect of the category, with two entries and "part of tree," it too should survive this nomination. Thanks for the note on my talkpage.--Richhoncho (talk) 17:29, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, it's a pointless category then. Simply not enough information. Aaron You Da One 17:36, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Merge. Timrollpickering (talk) 10:33, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Upmerge to both parents as WP:SMALLCAT. The grandparent Category:Brutalist architecture in the United States has sufficient articles to justify new sub-cats for California, Ohio and Washington DC, but I could not find any to add to the one article in this category. – Fayenatic London (talk) 16:39, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete as an unused category. No prejudice against recreation if it can be populated (even if only with one article, per the WP:SMALLCAT exemption for an established tree) The Bushranger One ping only 21:26, 27 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Empty and unneeded category. Kumioko (talk) 11:34, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Category:United Methodist bishops in the United States[edit]

The result of the discussion was: merge Category:United Methodist bishops by jurisdiction into Category:United Methodist bishops in the United States.--Mike Selinker (talk) 20:44, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Redundant to Category:United Methodist bishops by jurisdiction. All UMC bishops in the USA are already divided into the regions ("jurisdictions") in which they serve, and thus all of the subcategories of this category are also present in the "by jurisdiction" category.
