The result of the discussion was: rename. MER-C 12:44, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Rename in order to disambiguate more clearly from its child Category:Saints from Roman Africa (province). Note, the province of Roman Africa was approximately current Tunisia. Marcocapelle (talk) 19:53, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support As it stands, it sounds like an ethnic definer (e.g. African-American) which is not the purpose of the cat. It's actually a geographic cat. Laurel Lodged (talk) 09:35, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: rename. The actual rename seems a little unclear but the consensus seems to be to follow the parent so it's renaming Category:Fictional diseases to Category:Fictional diseases and disorders and renaming Category:Fictional parasites to Category:Fictional parasites and parasitoids. • Propose renaming
Category:Fictional diseases to Category:Fictional diseases and pathogens
(optional: Category:Fictional diseases and disorders or Category:Fictional diseases and infections)
Category:Fictional parasites to Category:Fictional parasites and parasitoids
Nominator's rationale: Better consistency; some are technically parasitoids; being more inclusive is better then creating more categories; could serve as "root category" for all non-existing infectious agents (such as a virus, bacterium, prion, fungus, viroid, or parasite) that causes disease in its host. --76.175.67.121 (talk) 19:48, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment -- WP's fictional categories should mirror those of real life. I am not sure how to apply that here. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:01, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support Category:Fictional diseases and disorders per parent category; some of these are chemical or genetically related. Support Category:Fictional parasites and parasitoids per parent category; Aliens are parasitoids, not parasites. --Inyouchuu shoku (talk) 05:12, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support - including pathogens helps to support the whole relevance of these fictional articles.

The result of the discussion was: delete. Marcocapelle (talk) 19:11, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Per previous CFD - Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2014_April_10#Category:Coimbra_Group. DexDor (talk) 18:34, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
WP:OTHERSTUFF. DexDor (talk) 19:51, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete -- We have a recent(but now well established) policy of not categorizing universities according to the association or group of which they are a member. Peterkingiron (talk) 21:58, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete. MER-C 11:43, 12 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
