Delete. The category is underpopulated; its articles fit better into Category:Information technology management, although I'll look into a merger as well. The name, "Service Management", is a poor choice, as it is both ambiguous and unnecessarily capitalized. (c.f. MOS:CAPS and WP:TITLECAPS.)
