Nominator's rationale: What's the distinction between this and its parent, Category:Crime films based on actual events? The scope note for this one even says "Films based on actual crimes." Maybe there's a fine distinction we could draw, but shouldn't we just merge these? "True crime films" might make for a more recognizable name, but I'd be fine with an upmerge as well. Merge -- Foreign Legion normally means the French one. The rest of a hotchpotch of units serving permanently somewhere other than their native country.
