Nominator's rationale: Disambiguate from the Small Isles, Argyll and Bute near Jura. This category was subject to confusion here and the Small Isles near Jura is the only one that the OS recognizes. Category:The Small Isles is another possibility as that's what GeoNamescalls it, however unless that's common, it may not be helpful as it doesn't disambiguate that well and GeoNames is a wiki like us. Category:Small Isles, Inner Hebrides is another possibility. Weisdale#Sites of Interest suggests that there is small isles in the Shetland Islands and its likely that there are others.
