The result of the discussion was: keep. MER-C 16:27, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Per WP:OVERCAT, specifically WP:SMALL and WP:NARROWCAT, these articles can exist just fine in Category:Parodies of Donald Trump, no need for this small sub-cat to exist. SanAnMan (talk) 16:44, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: rename/merge. MER-C 16:22, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: There was near-consensus for the merger of these categories under the new name at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2018 November 1#Holy orders in the Catholic Church. Major arguments is that the scope of the category goes beyong the holy order sacraments themselves but cover related topics also (women, homosexuality, celibacy, religious orders, vocations etc.). The second category is highly redundant.

The result of the discussion was: delete. MER-C 16:24, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: This category is unnecessary as it contains one article (Slag) which is directly in the relevant categories and is unlikely to grow much (in the unlikely event that it does category could be re-created). Disclosure: I recently removed Lapilli from the category. DexDor (talk) 11:32, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Irish Gaelic poets[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more categories. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the category's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was: rename. MER-C 16:23, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: The category currently located at Category:Irish Gaelic poets refers to poets who write in the Irish language (sometimes incorrectly called Irish Gaelic), and is a subcategory of Category:Irish-language writers. Speedy renaming was opposed.

It is currently in the category Category:Gaelic poets which has been nominated for deletion; see below. Zerach (talk) 08:18, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete. MER-C 16:26, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nominator's rationale: Re-creation of category previously deleted per CfDs here and here. I don't see indication that consensus has changed. Paul_012 (talk) 01:40, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
