Nominator's rationale:WP:SMALLCATs whose only content is a single redirect per category to the respective continent-wide sections of the generic List of film festivals. The only other thing that was filed in either of these categories, List of film festivals in North and Central America, was an inappropriate entry as North and Central America are not South America, and has been removed accordingly. Obviously this is without prejudice against recreation in the future if and when somebody can be arsed to actually start standalone lists of film festivals in some or all South American or African countries, but they're not needed just to each hold one redirect. Nominator's rationale: Standard in Category:American television series by production location is consistently "Television shows filmed in [State]", with this as the only outlier. As for the Dedham subcategory, it's a WP:SMALLCAT with just two entries, neither of which mention Dedham anywhere in the article at all except for the category declaration itself — and Dedham is just a small suburb of Boston anyway, meaning that it's certainly plausible that these shows did some location shooting in Dedham in the process of being filmed throughout the Boston area, but incredibly unlikely that they were filmed exclusively in Dedham in order to be defined by Dedham specifically. The result of the discussion was:reverse merge. I will redirect the old name. Note: all the members do seem to be notable as researchers. Other Wikipedias use cognates of phthisiologists / phthisiatrists; these two English words appear to be interchangeable in practice, as opposed to "phthisiatricians" which seems to be used for treatment specialists rather than researchers. Ukraininan Wikipedia has separate categories for TB doctors (uk:Категорія:Фтизіатри) and TB researchers (uk:Категорія:Дослідники туберкульозу), so I will link our active category to the latter, and link our redirect to the former. The outcome will be that our active category will no longer be linked to the sole categories in Spanish, Russian etc, which is unfortunate. – FayenaticLondon 10:52, 1 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
