    Liz, because only Marcocapelle supported it. In general, some malign editor could 1. see a discussion about a smallish category, with no !votes 2. empty it, and 3. !vote delete, for some nefarious purpose. Obviously, I don't expect Marcocapelle did that, just in general this could happen.
