Nominator's rationale: I was originally going to suggest deletion but rename is an option. Category is for a short military operation (Operation Randori Behak) that is only 2 sentences on the page Indian Army operations in Jammu and Kashmir. There are some broad categories already but "Indian Army operations in Jammu and Kashmir" might be a better category. Gusfriend (talk) 22:23, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Alt rename to Category:Military personnel killed in the Kashmir conflict as a subcategory of Category:Military personnel killed in action, because the category only contains biographies of killed soldiers. Marcocapelle (talk) 17:02, 26 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

    I believe that there was a concerted push to create a number of Indian military and police related articles with a focus on people who had won high level awards including some for this operation. Since then a lot of them were sent to AfD with the the result of delete and I believe that that is the case here. I am happy to go for a category delete.
