Nominator's rationale: Non-defining, overlap. All members are already in Category:Mountbatten-Windsor family, except a nephew and two stepchildren on Camilla's side, and it is debatable whether their link with Charles is worth a category. A trouble with categories for "families" of individuals is often that it's never obvious where to end. In this case, including a nephew but not one's parents or siblings in one's "family" is a peculiar choice. There is no other Family of... category for a British monarch; there are Children of..., but with only two known children, and little chance for expansion, that's probably not necessary for Charles III (a situation similar to George VI, for which there is no children category). Of the 10 biographies in the category, only the Belal Chowdhury article mentions the award while the other 9 don't so it's not treated as defining. Each year, New Flemish Magazine issues a "symbolic award" recognizing a controversial Flemish writer by running an annual article titled the Ark Prize of the Free Word. This awards is mentioned in passing with other honours in these biography articles so it's not treated as defining.
