It doesn't look like this is "own work": low resolution, lacking Metadata, probably copied from McMillan-Scott's Twitter account. Mathonius (talk) 01:38, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Same uploader as File:Edward McMillan-Scott speaking at Transatlantic dialogue meeting held in the European Parliament.jpg: low resolution, lacking metadata. Probably copyvio, though I can't find the source for this one. Mathonius (talk) 01:41, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Delete - no support for it to stay in the biographical article and no non-free rationale for keeping this second cover in the article about the book - Peripitus (Talk)

Fails WP:NFCC#8 in two articles and WP:NFCC#10c in one. Stefan2 (talk) 13:42, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. Obviously. May I suggest that the second use be removed? This belongs in the article about the book. -SusanLesch (talk) 01:21, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: Kept in the book article only. - Peripitus (Talk) 22:35, 28 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Fails WP:NFCC#8 in the article for which it has a fair use rationale. Fails WP:NFCC#10c in the other article in which it is used. Stefan2 (talk) 13:43, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. Obviously. May I suggest that the second use be removed? This belongs in the article about the book. Thanks, Stefan2, I agree there is no need to use it twice. -SusanLesch (talk) 01:21, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Comment. Perhaps this isn't so "obvious" to everybody who isn't involved in maintaining this article. The first use for which this image already has a fair use rationale does not "fail". (I don't even understand why this was proposed, Re: "Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." Unless this is part of a big purge I don't know about.) This image is needed to identify which translation of The Second Sex is being discussed. Wikipedia needs both covers. Alfred Knopf, the publisher, resisted many requests from scholars and from the author for a second translation. Only after sixty years did this translation appear. We can't search through the 464 editions listed in WorldCat every time somebody wants to add something to this article. Sorry, it's just impossible. I hope this helps.
I'm happy to work with Stefan2 or anybody else to fix the multiple use issue. -SusanLesch (talk) 21:44, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Low quality PNG; superseded by the more accurate SVG file File:Dallas North Tollway.svg, which also has more detailed licensing information. Not used in any articles. Kinu t/c 21:16, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
