Likely copyright violation due to the label being subject to copyright and being too prominent a subject of the photograph to be de minimis. Orphaned, so conversion to fair use is not an option. Nick—Contact/Contribs 18:29, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There are spell-check markups in the in-image text; might be less confusing to use different colors to represent the different groups that are exchanging, rather than yellow for methyl-ester vs elemental-colors for the detached methanol and only *sometimes* yellow for the carbonyl of the ester/acid (same group!) and then elemental-colors for CO2. Could some of the in-image caption text could be eliminated entirely to make this less "English language"-centric? The large colored backgrounds make this all harder to reuse in other contexts (and do not contribute to the encyclopediac value here on en.wp either). Tagged for over a year.

Also nominating File:Polyneuridine-Aldehyde Esterase Reaction.png, which is the uncropped original of the same illustration. I added the actual structures to commons and replaced the use of this image at Polyneuridine-aldehyde esterase with them (someone could trivially compose a single image instead of wikilayout if needed). The image fails non-free content criterion No. 1 (no free equivalent) as it can be replaced with free alternatives. Possible candidates can be found in Commons:Category:Bowler hats. De728631 (talk) 20:56, 25 June 2015 (UTC) De728631 (talk) 20:56, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Speedy delete per CSD F7 after the standard 48 hour delay as a clearly replaceable fair use image. So tagged. --Nick—Contact/Contribs 23:39, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
