User:Altberry65 created a draft page which is about himself and the draft page was a promotional in content - see the communication between the user and I - HERE-1 under the message heading "Question from Altberry65". The draft was deleted under CSD G11 - see HERE-2. One day later another user create the draft page with their first and only edit - see Draft:Al Berry. After the draft article was rejected by reviwer, Alberry65 deleted the draft which that was created by user Maggalomaniac|. For such I believe both users are the same editor.
