I found that ЖуковАФ refers to a micro-botnet blocked a year ago. ЖуковАФ is active on en-wiki and can probably still be compared to ThegaBolt and OnIPliOn. Just a few examples that prove the tight connection of these accounts:

1. ЖуковАФ published in November 2022, and made an article about the company's creator (ru:Гуринов, Вадим Александрович) in January 2023. ThegaBolt published Service-Telecom (19 December 2022) and Vadim Gurinov (14 February 2023) with a month delay.
2. OnIPliOn published ru:Коган, Игорь Владимирович in July 2022. ЖуковАФ tried to publish an English version of Igor Kogan (there is still a draft User:ЖуковАФ/Igor Kogan).
3. In October 2022, ЖуковАФ created a sugary section ru:Лимаренко, Валерий Игоревич#Итоги за 3 года. In December 2022, ThegaBolt created the Valery Limarenko#Three-year results section, which word for word repeats the text from ru-wiki. --Gruznov (talk) 23:45, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
