The result of the discussion was: Rename (WP:NAC). BHG, can you delete the original category or turn it into a category dab? DexDor (talk) 20:00, 16 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale: to distinguish these holders of the English legal office of Serjeant-at-law from the holders of the Irish legal office of Serjeant-at-law (Ireland), who I have moved to a new Category:Serjeants-at-law (Ireland). Nominator's rationale: Incorrectly capitalised duplicate of Category:Australian collectors. Empty. Any previous articles were removed because they were in the sub-Category:Australian art collectors. Mitch Ames (talk) 06:36, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: no consensus. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 19:55, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale: This is a really trivial category and its inclusion in indie music seems pretty ropy at best... ―Justin (koavf)TCM 06:30, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Ilovetopaint; the parent Category:Indie music has been replaced with Category:DIY culture. —Bruce1eetalk 13:55, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete – it is not defining. I have never seen a policy suggesting that presence in an infobox amounts to 'defining'. Oculi (talk) 18:25, 26 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - in the sample of articles I looked at it was clearly non-defining e.g. not mentioned prominently in the lead. In some cases the songs on the album were recorded in a variety of places and/or (e.g. OK Computer) the definition of "home studio" appears to have been interpreted loosely. Restrict and purge might be an alternative to deletion. DexDor (talk) 06:44, 2 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Restricting to albums primarily recorded in a home studio is reasonable, but I don't see how a manor doesn't count (so long as somebody actually uses it as a home).--Ilovetopaint (talk) 21:28, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I maintain that it's a stretch to describe a building "rented out ... as a film set, recording studio and latterly country house estate/hotel for corporate events and weddings." as "a private home, rather than ... a professional recording studio". DexDor (talk) 20:23, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: Relisting from February 22; further discussion needed to establish consensus, but it wasn't attracting any attention lingering on a month-old page.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Bearcat (talk) 00:16, 22 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
